2. Shipping is a flat rate charge of $29.00. Based on the weight of certain products (ie. Canadian flag), additional shipping charges will apply.

3. Due to the uniqueness, care and personalization we put into each one of our handmade products, all sales are final.

4. On the rare occasion an item is damaged during delivery, we would be more than happy to exchange your item. We ask that you contact us at hellobackinservice@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
